So here's to Rachel, my mom's best friend, and my own dear friend: thank you for being there for us, for being a constant source of love and support. We love you more than words can say.

As I grew older, I began to appreciate the depth of my mom's friendship with Rachel. They would spend hours on the phone, catching up on each other's lives, sharing stories, and offering advice.
