To begin, I brainstormed ideas for my script, drawing inspiration from various sources such as personal experiences, current events, and literary texts. I considered themes, characters, and settings that interested me, and researched different playwrights and their styles to gain a deeper understanding of the craft of script writing. For my HSC Drama Individual Project, I chose to focus on script writing as my area of study. The project involved writing a short script for a monologue or a scene for a hypothetical production.
