This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data. A survey was conducted among 500 e-book users, with a focus on readers who frequent sites similar to eBook3000. The survey gathered information on reading habits, e-book preferences, and perceptions of online e-book sites. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 e-book users to gather more nuanced insights into their experiences.
